🏘️ Houseful - 7-month full-time contract
Context: The Houseful talent team was over capacity with various new roles. I was brought in as a recruiter to help hire the best proptech talent for their brands Zoopla (property marketplace), Hometrack (property valuation models) and Alto (real estate CRM).
Results:
18 senior hires across tech, data and product functions
Hires included Senior Software Engineers, Data Analysts, Machine Learning Engineer, Platform Engineers, Marketing Managers
Excellent candidate experience and branding efforts with only two offers rejected and great applicants
